Fight for the future! Xenoblade Chronicles 3 has received its first wave of post-launch DLC, featuring two main additions: new mechanical hero Ino and Challenge Battles. Ino comes with the typical Hero Quest additions, and Challenge Battles can reward you with cool stuff like accessories and outfits, including swimsuits.

Wave 3 is up next — which is mostly a continuation of Wave 2, with another new Hero and additional Challenge Battle rules. That launches in April 2023 at the latest, though it may come sooner depending on how things shake out. We can presume we’ll see it in Spring 2023, though.

Just go over to your Switch and download the update now, assuming you have the Expansion Pass already. Otherwise you’ll have to head over to the eShop and purchase it for a cool $30.
