It’s that time of month again — Fire Emblem Heroes has announced its next big ticket Legendary Hero to summon, and this one should appeal to those who played the game when it first came overseas. Ninian, the timid dancer and (spoiler everybody knows) ice dragon is the next to make the cut, the fourth from the franchise’s seventh entry after Lords Lyn, Eliwood, and Hector.
Ninian: Ice-Dragon Oracle from the #FireEmblem: The Blazing Blade game appears in #FEHeroes as a Legendary Hero starting Sept. 29, 12 AM PT! You're also able to summon previously released 5★ New, Legendary, and Mythic Heroes! pic.twitter.com/fs0jWxVOly

Ninian comes with Atk/Spd Catch 4, S/R Near Trace 3, and Blue Feud 3 alongside a unique weapon and assist skill: Faithful Breath (Atk +3, inflicts Def/Res -6 on foes within 4 spaces of unit and target when Dance is used, if Ninian’s HP ≥40% grants Atk/Spd +6 and neutralizes effects that would prevent her follow-up attack, foe can’t counterattack if she has Weapon Triangle Advantage or if [Penalty] is active) and Dragon’s Dance (grants another action to target; if used from turn 2 onward grants another action and Atk/Spd +6 to Pair Up cohort, inflicts [Isolation] on both the unit and their cohort through next action — effects from turn 2 onward won’t trigger again for 3 turns afterwards). Truly, the skill text just gets more crammed in with time.
Ninian and other characters available in the Legendary pool will be available starting September 29th at the turn of midnight PT to October 12th at 11:59 p.m. PT. Do your best to roll in the dancing dragon while you can, summoners!
