Healthy news on the squiddy sales front — Splatoon 3, the big Nintendo release of the month, is still going strong in the UK, where for the third week in a row it’s been the top selling boxed retail game. This is a sign of presumed longevity for the title, though its streak will almost certainly come to an end with the incoming release of FIFA 2023.
Splatoon 3 scores its third boxed retail no.1 in the UK. Not exactly Japan levels, but the audience is building. And if EGX was any indicator, might be hanging around for a while. The official Ted Lasso video game will be No.1 next week

We can expect good results from the monthly reports for the UK, it seems. Splatoon 3 is obviously huge in Japan, but seems to have become an overseas smash hit as well. Surely that’s worth a Booyah or two! But we’ll have to wait for the full monthly reports for anything more.
Splatoon 3 is out now.
