Yes, Sonic fans, that’s Witchcart from the long-forgotten Game Gear entry Tails’ Skypatrol. As for the artist, that’s Aaron Hammerstrom, a Sonic series regular.
The Tails 30th Anniversary Special issue is expected to arrive this November.
