August is here and that means Nintendo Switch Online has refreshed its monthly assortment of icon elements. This time around the spotlight is shining on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, with a particular focus on the Booster Course Pass DLC.

Example elements include the new Sky-High Sundae course but more obscure characters like Ludwig and Dry Bowser are also making their debut.
Naturally the Animal Crossing icons have swapped over too to feature villagers with August birthdays. Kid Cat fans, rejoice!

The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe icons will be refreshed weekly until September 5th, so be sure to keep an eye on the Nintendo Switch Online app!
