Farming sim adventures continue for Doraemon, Noby, and friends! Announced during today’s Nintendo Direct Mini Partner Showcase, there will be a second game in the (now) Doraemon and Story of Seasons crossover series.
DORAEMON STORY OF SEASONS: Friends of the Great Kingdom: Doraemon, Noby and their friends land on an unknown planet and decide to help a new friend fulfill his dreams – by farming! Plow the fields, harvest crops and tend to the animals. You can even use Doraemon’s secret gadgets to farm in a flash! Relax by living with friends, eating delicious meals and fishing. And with local play, you and a pal can build a ranch together! DORAEMON STORY OF SEASONS: Friends of the Great Kingdom launches on Nintendo Switch this year.
We only got a short peek at this new adventure, whereas the Japanese YouTube channel for Bandai Namco uploaded a longer video showcasing the game along with commentary from the title’s producer. The video shows off some of the new characters (Lumis and others) that’ll be joining us on this unknown planet, as well some of the game’s environments – specifically an underwater world/area.
Those who enjoy the Story of Seasons franchise and were smitten with the first Doraemon Story of Seasons game that launched on Nintendo Switch back in 2019, you’ll get to return to this collab world when Doraemon Story of Seasons: Friends of the Great Kingdom launches on Nintendo Switch later this year.
