When Mario Kart Tour launched, one of the key features was its assortment of tracks based on real world cities. Those still come along regularly enough (and have crossed over into Mario Kart 8 Deluxe via the Booster Course Pass) but it looks like Nintendo’s out to really spotlight some of them this summer.

The Metropolitan Tour is on the way, taking players on a European vacation through new track variants of Berlin, Paris, and more. Headlining the first half of the two week Metropolitan Fest is new driver Pastry Chef Rosalina. Being the mother of all Lumas, this makes her a literal cooking mama and likely a good get for these courses.

A new Mii Racing Suit will also be made available, letting your Mii get in on the same patisserie passtime. All of this and more will arrive in game on Tuesday, June 14th at 11 p.m. PT

When he isn’t writing for Nintendo Wire, Ricky’s anticipating the next Kirby, Fire Emblem, or if the stars ever align, Mother 3 to be released. Till then he’ll have the warm comfort of Super Smash Bros. to keep him going.
