While print sales sold out almost instantly upon their announcement, Sega partnered with Moor-Art Gallery recently to release a set of limited-edition Sumi-e style Sonic the Hedgehog artwork. Created by Sonic Team artist Yui Karasuno, the four epic pieces are well worth checking even if you cannot currently purchase them!

As can be seen above, the set of four 8”x10” museum-quality art prints feature individual black ink paintings of Sonic, Super Sonic, Knuckles, and Dr. Eggman. Limited to 150 hand-numbered sets worldwide, Sega and Moor-Art Gallery’s collector set sold out faster than the Blue Blur running for rings after both companies posted about the shadow-dropped release on their social media pages. Art print sets were priced at £39.99 (shipping not included).

If another run of these limited-edition prints is made available — or if the art is released in another form — we’ll be sure to let you all know.
