He’s about kicking ass, taking names, and soon you’ll be able to learn his professional aims — Reggie Fils-Aimé’s book Disrupting the Game is coming out in May. Combining both the story of Reggie’s rise from Bronx son of Haitian immigrants to one of the most prominent names in the industry, and hot tips on how to improve your happiness and business acumen, it’s poised to be full of interesting factoids — even if the cover makes it look Reggie is about to be the victim of (or just was the victim of) intense JPEG compression.

Clearly this cover is not in fact some flavorful visual design by the marketing team but the actual visual form of Reggie on the day the pictures were taken. Knowing him, he was pixelated and forced to race in Mario Kart on his way to the photoshoot. Things like that happen to him sometimes. Hopefully the book will contain many anecdotes of such experiences, like the time he burnt a reporter alive for demanding Mother 3.

The hardcover is going for $27.99 and will release May 3rd. You can pre-order your copy on Amazon today!
