The relationship between Wario and Waluigi has been ill-defined for decades. Brothers? Cousins? Friends? Why doesn’t Waluigi ever help with WarioWare? Why doesn’t Wario give his cohort a boost in Smash?
These questions aren’t about to be answered, but what’s about to go down is a Kart-based showdown! Mario Kart Tour has announced its next event in the form of a Wario vs. Waluigi Tour.
By participating, you’ll be forced to choose a side between these duplicitous Mario Bros. doppelgängers. That’ll determine which drivers you’ll earn special coins for during the event period, and which of the two you’ll pick up for free. Whichever big-nosed bully rakes in the most, those who chose them will take home higher rewards than the losing loser.
The two-week-long Wario vs. Waluigi Tour will begin on Tuesday, January 25th, at 10 p.m. PT.
