Late last night, Square Enix dropped a keyblade-shaped bombshell upon a sleepy world by revealing not only the release date for the entire Kingdom Hearts series on Nintendo Switch, but also a surprise playable demo.
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5, 2.8, III + Re Mind (DLC) as well as the all-in-one Integrum Masterpiece all launch on Nintendo Switch via cloud on February 10th!
Starting today you’ll be able to try out free playable demos of 1.5+2.5, 2.8 and III, we hope you have fun playing! pic.twitter.com/LjrLCYsaPN

This massive collection will be released piecemeal and as a single product fittingly labeled “Kingdom Hearts Integrum Masterpiece for Cloud” on Thursday, February 10th.
In a move that would be right at home in a Nintendo Direct, Square-Enix also revealed that playable demos for each game in the collection will be made available today on the Switch eShop. This is great news for those who may need to test their wifi and see if it’s up to streaming the entirety of Sora and the rest of the emotionally compromised Keyblade kids’ adventures.
The Kingdom Hearts series is available to pre-order now on the Switch eShop, with both the all-in-one edition and piecemeal releases being made available at a discounted pre-order rate.
