Ever since the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series was announced, and promptly deconfirmed for everything but PC and mobile, Switch owners have looked on in envy as the first six titles got a facelift, albeit with funky looking fonts.
Now it’s been confirmed that the final entry, Final Fantasy VI, will be launching slightly later than planned in February 2022.

With this selection months away from completion, one can only wonder if Square Enix will follow through on its suggestion that the Pixel Remasters could head to more platforms if there’s demand. We’ll be sure to bring you the news as soon as it (hopefully) comes in.
