Earlier this week, the visual novel makers over at .mages announced that its duology of Chaos would be heading to the Nintendo Switch with a new Double Pack in Japan.

The first game in the collection is Chaos;Head Noah, a remake of the first game in the Science Adventure series which is perhaps best known for bringing us Steins;Gate. The narrative focuses on a string of serial killings in Tokyo, with the main character being affected by positive and negative delusions depending on player choices.

The second game, Chaos;Child, is a sequel of sorts that carries over the delusion mechanics.

You can catch a trailer for the Switch release below, which is set to hit Switch in Japan on February 24th, 2022.

While Chaos;Head Noah has never been localized into English officially, Chaos;Child has. We’ll be sure to let you know if an English release is announced.

Whether it’s an exciting new entry in a series long established or a weird experiment meant only for the dedicated, Tom is eager to report on it. Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
