It’s October and that means it’s time for some spooky shenanigans, but even so I didn’t expect to see this latest trailer for Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
Taking cues from found-footage horror movies of all things, it gives us some very vague hints as to a new cute Pokémon with fluffy white fur on top of his head and around its neck, with round yellow eyes.
Curiously the VHS aesthetic doesn’t quite match up with the time period Legends: Arceus is set, and it’s reportedly been discovered in Canalave Library, which presumably doesn’t exist yet. We’ll just have to wait and see what that means when the game comes out on January 22nd, 2022.
