Gather ’round the Nintendo Switch, as the next Nintendo Switch Online Game Trials is a fantastic party game! For almost a week, you can try out Jackbox Party Pack 6 for free this month.
Nintendo made the announcement today on their official social media channels.
PARTY TIME! The Jackbox Party Pack 6 will be available for #NintendoSwitchOnline members to try from 10/13, 10 AM PT – 10/19, 11:59 PM PT!
This title will also be available to purchase for 30% off from 10/13, 10 AM PT – 10/27, 11:59 PM PT!

Games included in Jackbox Party Pack 6:
- The popular trivia deathmatch Trivia Murder Party 2 (1-8 players). Try to survive the bizarre new minigames.
- The weird word circus Dictionarium (3-8 players). May the funniest definition win.
- The hidden identity game Push The Button (4-10 players) . Can you discover the aliens in time?
- The comedy contest Joke Boat (3-8 players). Craft one-liners for a cruise ship talent show.
- The offbeat personality test Role Models (3-6 players). Find out who you really are. (Or at least what your friends think of you.)
Nintendo Switch Online members that have an active membership can pre-download the title today. Then, starting on Wednesday, October 13th at 10 a.m. PT, the game will be available to play in its entirety for free. The trial ends on Tuesday, October 19th at 11:59 p.m. PT. If you want to add Jackbox Party Pack 6 to your Nintendo Switch library permanently, then you can get it at a discount during the trial and beyond – get 30% off from Wednesday, October 13th to Wednesday, October 27th at 11:59 p.m. PT.
You can pre-download the Game Trials version today via the Nintendo eShop. Just make sure that when the trial begins that everyone brings along a smart device (phone, tablet, computer) in order to play and join in on the fun!
