As if having access to Mario wasn’t enough, Universal Studios Japan has announced that it will be partnering with The Pokémon Company for attractions based on the monster catching franchise.

Right now there’s little info to go on – all we know is that “multiple” projects are in the works and the first will appear in 2022.

Attractions in theme parks can range from the permanent fixtures, like Super Nintendo World, to the pop-up experience. We’ll just have to wait and see where Pokémon falls!
