25 years ago yesterday the Persona series began, inviting players into the metacognitive stylings of this Shin Megami Tensei spinoff. It’s come a long way in that time, with Persona 5 in particular reaching greater prominence than any title before it. As such, Phantom Thief Morgana has stepped up to the task of making some announcements in the first Persona 25th Times broadcast.

The main news here is that Japan will have a Persona 25th symphony concert this November, an event that will likely be viewable at some point by fans overseas. Other than that, Persona anime will be streamable in Japan and some game sales are currently running. Not the biggest splash of news, but at least we know when to expect more.

It’s been announced the next Persona 25th Times will air this December. There’s no confirmation this will include any game or Nintendo Switch-specific announcements, but here’s hoping we can have a peek beneath the mask before long.
