Even if you’ve lost count of how many Pokémon movies there are (23, plus Detective Pikachu) here’s a little something for your watch list next month. The English release of Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle is coming to Netflix on October 8th. This latest animated feature sees Ash and Pikachu meeting a boy who’s been adopted by the Mythical Pokémon Zarude and raised in their jungle home.
The simplified synopsis aside, anyone more interested in the catching ’em all will still want to pay attention to this one. Two Mystery Gift distributions are on the way for the movie’s star Pokémon. Both a shiny Celebi and a Zarude with a pink cape known as Dada Zarude will be available. To receive them, sign up for the Pokémon Trainer Club email newsletter before September 25th. A previous Zarude distribution also used this method to mixed results, so hopefully things swing a bit more in all players’ favor this time.
