VTubers have been on the rise, both in general and as a means for companies to directly promote their games. Whether enlisting the aid of familiar, established personalities or going all in with their own characters (VTuber Sonic, anyone?) it would appear they aren’t going anywhere. Capcom certainly thinks so, as they’ve introduced a new video series for Monster Hunter Stories 2 featuring the felyne Tsukino.
This first video have been on the Japanese Capcom YouTube channel for a week now, with a second episode already being available sans subtitles. That this would get a full translation treatment is a nice surprise for anyone who’s a fan of Tsukino or Stories 2. Speaking of, if you’ve been playing the RPG spin-off regularly you’ll be happy to know that some new Subquests and Co-Op Quests have just been made available.
