This week is going to be big for indie developers! Nintendo announced that it’ll be hosting an Indie World Showcase on Wednesday, August 11th, but for today, Microsoft hosted their own indie showcase for Xbox. Dubbed ID@XBOX, the livestream was hosted on Twitch and confirmed what games would be available on Xbox Series X and S as well as what’s coming to Xbox Game Pass. Of course, not every game shown is a console exclusive, with some games coming to the Nintendo Switch. Luckily, that means we get some new trailers to check out!
For instance, OlliOlli World’s appearance during ID@XBOX confirmed that a robust character customization system will be available for the first time in the series. Check out the trailer below to see a glimpse of what character you’ll be able to craft:
Currently, OlliOlli World is still on track for a Winter 2021 release on Nintendo Switch.
