There are always bound to be some slight differences between regional Nintendo Directs, and E3 is no exception. In Japan that included the CAVE made fantasy bullet hell Mushimesama, which was released originally in 2004 and shadowdropped on the US eShop during the presentation.
As shared in the above trailer, there are a variety of modes for players of all skill levels and interests. These include overall difficulties, as well as modifiers to existing ones to tailor the experience to your liking. That means you can have a casual and slowed down play through, or attempt Ultra Mode, which appears to keep the screen at about 90% projectiles. If you’re up for the challenge, or just love the genre or this unique entry’s art style, you can grab it now $19.99.
In Japan, it was announced alongside Espgaluda II and DoDonPachi DaiFukkatsu, or DodonPachi Resurrection. These fellow bullet hells will be arriving sometime later in 2021.
