The heavy hitters of the Mario series are ready to face off yet again! You’ve seen them as opposing forces in Mario Party, you’ve seen them throw down in Super Smash Bros., and you’ve even seen them as Skylander-amiibo hybrids. Now get ready to see what happens when these big guys take their rivalry to the tracks of Mario Kart Tour:

Bowser vs. Donkey Kong is going to be the theme for the next Team Rally, where players choose a one of these two titans of the Mushroom Kingdom (and a nearby island) and race in their honor. A pair of videos were also shared, letting you see which of the game’s many drivers are aligned with who. Have a look to help you decide!
While you could run this as a straight popularity choice, going with the team that has more of your drivers on their side will make gathering up rewards (and pushing your chosen team to victory) easier overall. And last but not least, picking either side will gift you Bowser or Donkey Kong as a driver absolutely free.
The Bowser vs. Donkey Kong Team Rally will begin next week, starting May 4th.
