While character and series mashups are always attention-grabbing, there’s no denying the power of a great genre combination. For Archvale, that mix is between RPGs and bullet hells, and that’s exactly how you get my attention. Of course “bullet” might not be the best word there, so I’m going to go ahead and decree this one a Spell Hell.
Not only will you dodge your way through countless projectiles, you’ll craft up an armory of your own with over 200 pieces of equipment available. This will include badges that alter your fundamentals and playstyle to come up with a custom build. All of that will take place in a fantasy world you can explore and adventure through, with its own dark secrets to uncover.
Coming courtesy of developer IDoz and Humble Bundle, Archvale will arrive this summer for Switch and PC.
