Gamescom serves as the late-summer crescendo to the season’s usual deluge of announcements, and this summer’s expo will be no different.
Last year saw the event transition into an all-digital affair due to the pandemic, however, the team behind Gamescom is confident that the next step can now be taken to return the event to its full glory. In an effort to ensure the expo is as safe as possible, this year’s festivities will be a hybridization of the traditionally in-person event from August 25th – 29th.
#gamescom2021 goes hybrid! 🎉🎉🎉
We are so excited to announce that gamescom 2021 is planned to take place in Cologne as well as online all over the world! Get ready for our on-site entertainment area, new trailers, demos & much more. 💯🔥 https://t.co/gNkmZkj8Sq
