The new ‘Amai Kaori’ line of merch, which is the Japanese name for the in-game Sweet Scent move, features a soft pastel art style with Fairy- and Grass-type Pokémon accompanied by Pikachu, Eevee, and Yamper, all with a literal sweet scent applied to the items themselves.
The refreshingly cute line of merch is part of a partnership with Mezzo Piano Junior, a company which specializes in merchandise for Elementary-aged girls. As such, the line will feature a variety of items that are perfect for the first day of school such as pens, erasers, combs, pochettes, clothes, hair accessories, and backpack plushies.
The Pokémon Amai Kaori line will be available from Pokémon Center Japan beginning on the first day of spring, March 20th, with online pre-orders opening two days prior on March 18th at 10 a.m. JST.
