After handling a significant Kickstarter campaign and two throw-back platformers, Playtonic Games is entering the publishing arena with a new label – Playtonic Friends.

Announced today via press release and an FAQ, the studio hopes to “take what [they’ve] learned about producing & releasing video games and use it to aid developers of a like mind looking for a fruitful route to market”.

The first of these partners are Awe Interactive (BPM: Bullets Per Minute), Fabraz (Slime-San), and okidokico (OK Golf). All three will be “bringing incredible game experiences to market over the coming months”.
