More often than not, projectiles and fighting games go hand in hand. Who is Ryu without his Hadouken? That said, even he and his famous fireball aren’t going to be allowed in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s online tournament event.
Projectiles will be flying every which way in the three-day Super Smash Bros. Ultimate event tourney "Going Ballistic", starting on 05/02. It's only open to fighters who possess three or more ranged attacks! pic.twitter.com/0stXzj7PlY

Only fighters with three projectiles or more are allowed this time, meaning poor Ryu’s out of luck. You need Belmont levels of throwing weaponry or a Mega Buster to get into this one! It’s not just special moves that count here either. Villager’s bowling ball and slingshot get him in, for example.
Expect lotsa Links, plenty of PK’s, and multiple missiles when this weekend long event begins on February 5th.
