The Mother (Earthbound) series is well known for many things, whether it be the cute, instantly identifiable artstyle, the poignant moments, or anything in-between. The music in particular has stuck with fans for decades, and now there’s an easy way to listen to some re-arranged tunes from the series’ original composer Keiichi Suzuki.

The Mother Music Revisited album got a physical release in Japan just yesterday and this international digital release has come as a surprise. Unfortunately, only listeners in the US and Canada can tune in at the moment. The full album will be available via Spotify, Apple Music, and iTunes.

Whether it’s an exciting new entry in a series long established or a weird experiment meant only for the dedicated, Tom is eager to report on it. Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
