I’ve seen every event, character, and concept that’s come through Fire Emblem Heroes and yet I never would’ve expected this. The next set of special heroes has been revealed, no pun intended, as being themed to Plegia – the desert country featured in Fire Emblem Awakening.
Interestingly, only one character in the focus is from Awakening. Tharja actually hails from Plegia, making her a perfect fit for a festival of its culture. The rest are a mix of New Mystery of the Emblem and Three Houses characters, including a pair of Harmonized dancers.
Katarina, Raphael, and Dorothea & Lene are all dressed for the occasion. It’s an odd, three game mix of Fire Emblem this time around but it somehow works. The male version of Kris from New Mystery will also take part as a Tempest Trials reward.
The Dark Desert Rituals focus will arrive tonight, January 18th, at 11 p.m. PT.
