2021 marks Pokémon’s 25th anniversary, and People.com has seemingly accidentally revealed the next part of the celebrations accidentally. Namely, “P25 Music”, a program of musical collaborations which “will feature surprise global activations throughout the year.”

The headliner is Katy Perry, of Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius fame, who states that she loves “being a part of anything that is playful and is good storytelling and has really good messages to share with the world”, relating that her daughter born in 2019 has helped her “understand that it’s so important to play”.
