The Persona series has been one of my most captivating corners of Shin Megami Tensei for decades now. Part of that popularity is owed to the music, most often composed by Shoji Meguro. Enchanting arias and acid jazz are served in equal measure, with much more variance in between. Now a vast selection of those games’ soundtracks are making their way to Spotify.

According to AniPlaylist, the following soundtracks will be added to the service:

  • Persona 5
  • Persona 4 & Golden
  • Persona 3 & FES
  • Persona 2 Sound Collections
  • Persona 4 Dancing All Night
  • Persona 4 Arena Ultimax
  • Never More – Reincarnation: Persona 4
  • Persona 3 & 4 Vocal Sound Collection
  • Persona Q & Persona Q2
  • Music Fes 2013
  • Super Live 2015

As can be seen, both the main games, spin offs, and live events are all reportedly due to be streamable starting at midnight on January 5th. If you’ve only had a small taste of these songs, perhaps from Joker’s DLC pack in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, it’s well worth pouring into these. Here are just a few that should be part of the selection:

It’s by no means comprehensive, missing the P3 & 5 ‘Dancing’ rhythm games, Persona 5 Royal, and Persona 5 Strikers, for example, but putting these on repeat will no doubt satiate your music needs for a long while.
