Appletun is one of the best new Pokémon that Pokémon Sword and Shield gave the world. It is a living apple pie mixed with a smol dragon. Those little droopy bits? Those aren’t ears, those are eyes – amazing. It’s doing its best, and now you can savor that sweetness with a life-sized plush of Galar’s freshly baked friend.
All of its dimensions have been set to replicate Appletun’s in-game size, and details such as the pie crust lattice and the seed-like spots on its underbelly are captured well. Best of all though is that since Appletun isn’t the biggest Pokémon around, this life-size plush is still holdable and lovable, weighing in at just under four and a half pounds. It can have a seat next to you on the couch and it will be perfect.
The life-sized Appletun plush is available to order from the Japanese Pokémon Center website, selling for ¥8,580 (or nearly $83 after conversion) before shipping. Hopefully, we’ll see this apple pie dragon make its way to Pokémon Center’s online stores for North America in 2021.
