Announced today, Netflix will be the place to see an all-new 3D animated Sonic the Hedgehog series in 2022. In a now-deleted tweet, Netflix shared the following information and Sonic the Hedgehog logo.
Coming from WildBrain and Man of Action Entertainment, who together have an impressive collection of animated properties, there are no further details on plot elements or direction. The last serialized Sonic animated series brought the world Sonic Boom, so for now fans will need to wait and see what’s to come from this partnership.
