2020 has been a strange year for every industry, and video games have been no exceptions, with countless events being cancelled and replaced amidst game delays. Despite everything, however, plenty of video games have still released over the past year and change, and Geoff Keighley is coming back with another Game Awards show to celebrate them.

As announced in the tweet above, The Game Awards 2020 will be airing Thursday, December 10th with live feeds from Los Angeles, Tokyo, and London.

We’ll just have to wait and see what Nintendo surprises are in store – last year’s saw the announcement of Bravely Default II and the debut of a new No More Heroes III trailer, while prior years featured everything from Joker in Smash to Bayonetta 3’s reveal.

Even if nothing is announced, however, plenty of Switch games are sure to be nominated for awards, so we’ll bring you all the news as it happens.
