There hasn’t been a lot more shown of The World Ends With You The Animation since its announcement this summer. The Anime Expo reveal gave us a first look, but today a little more footage had been released. Showing Neku awaken in Shibuya, you can watch as he puts the pieces together and realizes something’s not quite right.

Fans of the game can spot a few NPCs and side characters passing by the crossing as well. Most of all though, it’s great to see the game’s art and style both in motion and fully voiced.
The World Ends With You The Animation will debut in 2021.
