It’s been a long time since we’ve heard anything on Sports Story, the follow up to Golf Story from Sidebar Games. That announcement trailer (featured below) came with a “mid-2020” release date, with the official Nintendo Sports Story page previously narrowing that further to “Summer”. The latter of those though has now changed to TBD.
What that could mean for the game remains to be seen, though I fear it may point to some kind of delay for the anticipated sports RPG adventure. I’ve been wrong before though, and until some sort of word from Sidebar comes along it’s back to (not-so) patiently waiting this one out.
