Grab your headlamp and Super Pickax, because it’s time for one of the Mushroom Kingdom’s most intrepid explorers to return. Ever since they were fully fleshed out on Wii U, Captain Toad has been a Mushroom Kingdom favorite and now he and fellow Treasure Tracker Toadette are arriving in Mario Kart Tour.
For the mobile game’s Exploration Tour, both Captain Toad and Toadette (as she appeared in his marquee game) are new drivers to potentially Warp Pipe up. The tour is also bringing back Mario Kart 64’s Choco Mountain as well, and some karts inspired by minecarts to really get that ‘belongs in a museum’ vibe.
