Everyone’s taste in Pokémon is different, but I like to feel I see the appeal in the majority of species. On that, I also have an irrational distaste for Cramorant, the regurgitating pelican whose eyes pierce the soul. I know this bird has its fans, and I’ll admit its Cheeto dust Shiny is a solid take, but I caught one for my Dex and that was it. The Sword and Shield Expansion Pass though, is making sure I have to deal with this thing in some form still.
The dojo on The Isle of Armor houses a unique take on recycling in the form of a device called the Cram-o-matic. If you feed it four items, it will combine them and give you a new item in exchange. Some combinations might produce rare items! #PokemonSwordShieldEX pic.twitter.com/rgFA4YX2k9

Seen briefly upchucking something in the most recent trailer (watch below), this machine is now formally christened the Cram-o-matic. Its purpose is to recycle items, letting you feed it four that it’ll then return as something new and different. Based on the description, combinations give guaranteed results, some of which can be particularly rare items.
So there you have it. You stuff this robot full of your unwanted garbage so it’ll vomit up something more pleasant. It is literally a trash bird, and by the sound of things, a useful one at that. Will my opinions change? We’ll find out once we journey to the Isle of Armor starting June 17th.
