Several Pokémon Center locations temporarily closing to comply with Japanese COVID-19 guidelines | Nintendo Wire

Pokémon Center locations can be found all across Japan, though for the foreseeable future some of these will be closed until further notice. This coincides with a declared state of emergency in Japan, which sees Tokyo and its surrounding prefectures issuing stay at home guidelines and the closure of non-essential businesses.
 


 
The full list of Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Store (smaller, stop and shop locations found in train stations and airports) closures can be seen below.

Pokemon Center

  • Pokémon Center Tokyo DX & Pokemon Cafe
  • Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo & Pikachu Suites
  • Pokémon Center Shibuya
  • Pokémon Center Sky Tree Town
  • Pokémon Center Tokyo Bay
  • Pokémon Center Yokohama
  • Pokémon Center Fukuoka
  • Pokémon Center Osaka DX & Pokemon Cafe
  • Pokémon Center Osaka

 
Pokémon Store

  • Pokémon Store Tokyo Station Store
  • Pokémon Store Narita Airport Store
  • Pokémon Store Itami Airport
  • Pokémon Store Kansai Airport Store

Pokémon Cafe locations will also be closed in accordance with these guidelines. As of this writing, all other locations appear to be operating though with reduced business hours. Their and the previously mentioned locations’ status can be checked here.
