Published in CoroCoro Magazine since 1991, the mustachio plumber has been reliving his video game adventures with a hefty dose of humor and habits of breaking the fourth wall. With 55 volumes and counting, VIZ Media isn’t exactly starting at the beginning.

Instead, we’re getting Super Mario Bros. Manga Mania. This volume contains a selection of handpicked stories from the author and was initially released in 2016 in Japan, missing Super Mario’s 30th Anniversary by one year.
