The House in Fata Morgana, one of the most critically acclaimed visual novels in recent years, is officially coming to Switch. The port was teased late last month by the physical publisher Limited Run games, and now it’s been officially announced by the developers at Novectacle.
It's time to record your name on Switch as our supporter!
As we promised before, we're going to credit who have chosen StrongZ and above plans on our work! We are now porting Fata into Switch, so I would love to record your name on the end credit roll.https://t.co/gR1FyGagpS pic.twitter.com/kt27VRX2qe— Novectacle (@Novectacle_EN) January 6, 2020
The game was first released in Japanese back in 2012, and has since been ported to multiple platforms, with the most recent being the Dream of the Revenants Edition from Limited Run for the PlayStation 4 and Vita. It looks like that will be the version headed to Switch.
As for the plot of the game, you play from the perspective of an amnesiac visitor to a mysterious mansion and in partnership with a maid you visit the building through different time periods to uncover the mysteries of what happened to its residents and find your memories.
