Following up from yesterday’s big Dream Land song battle, Kirby’s spent New Year’s Day having a little party indoors with some extra fitting guests. With this being the Year of the Rat, Daroach and the Squeak Squad are stealing the show. While no chests are being nabbed, you can tell that picaresque fellow’s up to something when it comes to cards…
Meanwhile, Kirby and Waddle Dee are playing Fukuwarai, a game that’s all about putting someone’s face together while blindfolded, and King Dedede’s not gonna like how that’s turning out. Some other rodents are along for the festivities, including Rick the hamster getting a little too excited about the kagami mochi.
It’s a cute and innocent start to another year in Dream Land, and hopefully a sign of more Kirby to come in 2020!
