Who knew they awarded medical degrees to gorillas and monkeys? Apparently anything goes in the Mushroom Kingdom, as both Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong will be headed to the game as playable doctors alongside some new, jungle-themed stages soon.
The news comes from the official Dr. Mario World Twitter account, which announced the new playable characters late last night and early this morning.

Another tweet reveals that new, jungle-themed stages will launch in the game at the same time.

Dr. Donkey Kong and Dr. Diddy Kong, along with the new stages, will drop in Dr. Mario World at 3 a.m. PST on October 31st, 2019.
