This year’s E3 has been one of the leakiest yet, with many spilling the beans on projects that are in the works. One of the most notorious, to developers at least, is WabiSabi, who shared a lot of information from yesterday’s conferences ahead of time, from the Keanu Reeves-modelled character in Cyberpunk 2077 to the title of the new Bethesda IP Ghostwire: Tokyo.
They were planning to unveil some Nintendo Direct details too, but those plans seem to have vanished now Nintendo of America has supposedly delivered a cease & desist notice.
I have been given a cease and desist from a lawyer representing Nintendo. They have my full name and everything. This means I'm not allowed to post any private trade secrets from Nintendo co ltd. This does not mean I cannot post things from other companies, but not Nintendo.

They have also confirmed with Source Gaming that the law firm in the notice has been affiliated with Nintendo in the past.
Of course, WabiSabi isn’t the only leaker to have the information – Vergeben shared similar details yesterday too – so some points could still leak out. Rest assured, we’ll be sure to follow the leak reporting guidelines we set out yesterday if anything does drop!
