While we all had our eyes on Pokémon, a different yellow character decided to blindside us. Today, THQ Nordic revealed that the oddly popular SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom is getting a remastered Rehydrated version for current systems.
No gameplay was shown nor date given, but the video description mentions a brand new multiplayer mode for the title. It just goes to show the staying power of that sponge that we’re seeing this wash up onto Switch.
