With its impressive catalogue of IP, Square Enix is a company that is no stranger to tie-in books, but few of them head overseas. It’s only in recent years that we’ve seen the likes of Final Fantasy’s hefty “Ultimania” behind-the-scenes treasure troves head overseas, but it looks like those gaps won’t be as wide going forward.

That’s right, Square Enix is partnering with Penguin Random House to localize novels, manga, and art books into English. The first of these will be Final Fantasy XV: Dawn to the Future, which features the stories that were originally planned to be that game’s second season of DLC.

We’ll be sure to bring you any relevant book reveals as they happen!

Always excited to see something a little bit different, Tom is ready to report on games of all shapes and sizes, whether they be wonderful or weird (or, better yet, both.) Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
