Final Fantasy XII is a game with some gorgeous artistic vision, with a setting that marries traditional fantasy with burgeoning technology in a unique way, even for a franchise that’s had knights riding airships for decades. This is reflected perfectly by some new promotional artwork being put together by Hideo Minaba for the game’s latest ports to the Nintendo Switch and Xbox One. Check it out:
Art director Hideo Minaba created this new piece to celebrate #FinalFantasy XII The Zodiac Age coming to #Xbox One and #NintendoSwitch on April 30th. This beautiful art will be featured on the reversible inside cover of the physical editions!https://t.co/iNO6FaYScA pic.twitter.com/AgrBAJMHBI

Depicted is one of the game’s flying fortresses, this one being the Alexander, soaring high over the lands of Ivalice. It’ll be one part of the game’s reversible cover-art, the other part, featuring the party members, was revealed earlier this year.
You’ll be able to explore this world from April 30th, 2019.
