With one swing of their mighty shovel, Yacht Club Games became a developer to watch. And then they swung that shovel again and again and again, refining their first game and expanding upon it while never losing their edge of classic inspiration. Now though, with Shovel Knight’s last promised expansion due for release later this year, it looks like something new might be in the works.

According to Yacht Club, they will be revealing something new at PAX East this year and it doesn’t look to be related to Shovel Knight what with the devastated cityscape. The silhouetted character is also no where near armored enough to be of any Order, appearing more like a ninja. Whether it’s a new internal project,a partnership or publishing deal with an existing or upcoming game, or something completely unexpected, all will be revealed sometime between March 28th and 31st.
