I look forward to a lot of things in a Tales of game, but towards the top of the list has gotta be Mystic Artes. These ultra powerful attacks full of flash and sometimes story significance are a treat for the eyes and a reminder to every enemy in the game that they’re sorely outclassed (unless they’ve got one themselves…).
This latest trailer for Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition brings the cast’s new Mystic Artes to the forefront for a quick montage of and a peek at their English voiceover:

Keep in mind that all of these Mystic Artes were new to the game’s Japan-only PlayStation 3 release; thus, this is their first localized appearance.
