Sometimes it’s the most mundane news items that are the most humorous. Case in point, quirky Japanese game auteur Suda51 — born on January 2nd, 1968 — is now 51 years old. Neat!
Suda remarked upon the occasion on Twitter, stating that, “As of today, I am now literally SUDA”51.'” His upcoming threequel Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes is debuting in only a few weeks, which seems like a good way to celebrate his work. As somebody who’s met the man in person, I wish him a happy birthday, and hope that he has a good 2019!
